Some areas could definitely use a bit more cleaning attention, especially the common areas.

Thanks for the NICE stay. The rooms here are well-equipped and quiet in a very good condition. It includes a safe box, multi-channel TV and a mini fridge bar. The hotel provides an excellent service.

We truly enjoyed this hotel, it was fairly clean with a marvellous and courteous staff. Location: the property was next to restaurants, and restaurants shops and coffe shops.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were quite rude.

The air conditioning unit operates like a Wookiee with a sore throat- loud and disruptive to sleep. The location is quite far from the bustling old city, offering limited nearby activities without a taxi ride, which might feel inconvenient to some.

During my solo trip, I enjoyed an excellent location filled with shopping, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. My beautiful double room wasvery comfy and tidy. Don't miss out on the authentic breakfast. It offers delicious Jordanian flavors!

Wicked cozy spot! The room was clean, and the staff were super friendly. I loved the 24-hour reception. They helped me out with any late-night needs. Breakfast had tons of yummy Jordanian options. Just wish the area outside was a bit less hectic for crossing roads. What a view from room 415, though!

A spacious room with friendly staff. The breakfast featured a good fruit buffet. There were areas in the hotel that needed better cleanliness attention, and the immediate surroundings could be hectic, made navigation challenging at times.

I had a great stay for 6 nights. the authentic breakfast was loaded with delicious options and the corner room view was stunning. the dated decor was unexpected.
